No wonder this place has bad ratings I tried to make an appointment here and they couldn't make my appointment without asking me for my social that's weird it was pretty obvious she didn't want to be bothered making an appointment for me anyway

I took my son in for his first check up due some concerns. I felt heard, understood and was well taken care of by the assistant Yolanda she was amazing , she was patient and kind and would speak to my son in a way that made him feel much more comfortable since he was scared of his first visit. perfect customer service for me and most importantly for my son. I didn’t catch the doctors name but he was wonderful as well. Explained everything in detail and very kind and patient with my young son.Don’t have much to say on front staffNeither good or bad service

Staff is rude and unprofessional. I ordered a box of contacts that were supposed to last me until January. My last pair of contacts ripped unexpectedly and there were no replacements that they could give me. Staff told me the company does not have policies regarding contacts if I knew that in the first place, I would never have given my business to them. My monthly contacts that supposed to last a whole month ripped before the month was up and they told me there was nothing they could do. Staff sent me on a wild goose hunt to find a different optical to send my prescription to just to tell me that my prescription was expired after going through the trouble to get it Faxed...read full review
