We had a QC fan installed by an electrician and ended up having some issues that caused the fan to stop working within a few weeks of install. Our 1st contact with QC CO was with Isabell who was wonderful and able to get us scheduled for a technician to come out and see what the issue was. Connor and his partner came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, and was super informative. Jared was also extremely helpful. All interactions were A+! Funny enough, Connor accidentally packed up our fan remote in his tool box, which we didn’t realize until about 7:15pm that evening. Communication at all stages were excellent, friendly, timely, accurate. Crew arrived as scheduled, polite, fast, excellent explanation of how to use the system. And the three speed fan is so quiet even at the fastest speed. And I don't have to winterize this system = already comes insulated. Great job. Happy I chose them and this brand which is highly rated everywhere.

No brainer! I did a lot of research before ordering my system from QC Colorado and couldn't be happier with the results. Jackson and Connor were my installers, and I think they got it done in less than 2 hours. The system is super quiet, and we're able to run our a/c a lot less. Highly recommended.
