I can not thank this team enough! I love them to my core Mr Jack has been going to my favorite gal and just never disappoints. He always leaves so dapper and posh. His pearly whites says exactly how he feels about his fresh new wash and style. Thank you!!!
I took in my Mini Australian Shepherd for a bath and trim. I spoke with the groomer beforehand but never caught her name. The place was a little busy when I arrived but the front desk was kind and patient with the craziness.
The gal who groomed my dog was friendly, and helped me decide what was best for my dog in terms of trim and target areas. She described other services such as teeth brushing and nail trimming.
My dog's booty and arm feathers were a little too shortened for my taste, but they'll grow back and she overall was cleaned and cut professionally for the breed.

We had a wonderful first experience with our two pups! Our groomer was lovely and so so kind. Only giving 4 stars because the communication at the front desk was frustrating when I was confirming the services that were done before picking my pups up, but I later found out the girl at the front was new - since it was our first time using them, I will update this review after their second trip.
