Words can not possibly express the gratitude I have for the staff of Olinger Hilands, specifically Rod the funeral director I had the pleasure of working with. Rod went above and beyond from the beginning. The loss of my grandfather who raised me, was by far the hardest lost I have had yet to face. I never expected planning a funeral would actually be a pleasant experience, well thanks to Rod, Megan and chaplain Allison, it actually was. Very warm and welcoming, empathetic and flexible the whole way through. The service and burial was everything my grandfather would have wanted and he would have been proud. What the staff at Olinger does matters, it really makes a difference in an incredibly difficult time. I am forever grateful for the love and care I received.
