North Washington has defiantly had a refresh - from the physical office to the staff and not a moment too soon. I had been dreading going back after getting one to many conflicting opinions, but Dr Herr was so sweet. She makes you feel safe and comfortable. I genuinely felt like she really did care about me as a person. I absolutely won't avoid the dentist like I had been. The rest of the staff was friendly and kind - and made the experience easy and pain free ;).

I recently visited North Washington Dental for oral treatment, and I am very satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I arrived at the reception run by Miss Valeria, the staff were also very kind and friendly, making me feel immediately comfortable.
The team performed several tests that I did not expect, but that were crucial in providing an accurate diagnosis. I was impressed with the advanced technology of their dental appliances, which demonstrated their commitment to providing high-quality service.

My hygienist was professional, freindly and she explained everything she was doing. One word of caution, you might remind the treament team that their voices carry and sometime the loud comments or conversations can be disturbing to the patients.
