Great experience. They are always friendly And helpful. The classes are great for focus, Discipline and have great structure While having fun. There is so much more then what I have described. My daughter and I do karate together, and I feel like it has brought us closer together.

Absolutely love this place & so does my son! My son is on the spectrum & has had vision issues that effect his balance & coordination & he had been in physical therapy for a couple years prior to his Mother & I’s decision to enroll him in any kind of martial arts. We decided to give Mile High Karate a try since it worked so well with his older sister. We went with the Mile High Karate location located on 120th & Colorado Blvd because we found that Ms. Christensen was educated in teaching/working with kids who are on the spectrum…. There is no enough words to express how awesome this Karate School in Thornton is. Family run, with that unique old school touch that makes you feel welcome and at home.You don’t have to spend much time at this place to capture the dedication and passion the students radiate.Been a parent of two is hard to be able to give what my kids need in all areas of their development and wellbeing. Joining this school has been the best complement for our kids. They’ve been able to learn structure and discipline in a fun way.
