Nick did a great job servicing our furnaces. He was very thorough and identified some issues that had been missed by other technicians from other HVAC companies. We definitely would recommend and hope to see Nick again.
Great, efficient and reasonable service as usual from Impact Heating and Cooling and Electrical. I know I can always count on their techs (today it was Aaron Lind) to do excellent work.
The staff at Impact Heating is awesome. I scheduled a tankless water heater install and Kate was on time, professional and answered all my questions on the spot. At install time, Kate, Kai and Eric Ward were on time and got to work right away. They were very clean, courteous and professional throughout. They stayed here and made sure the hot water was available on all floors and the Navien unit was tested for pressure and temperature.Thank you, job well done!
