Horizon Pediatric And Primary Care is a dedicated practice of medical professionals offering exceptional primary health care for families throughout the greater Denver area. With multiple locations, including Aurora and Thornton, their primary care offices provide unparalleled and personal patient care. They operate an enhanced facility with modern technology to treat various conditions, including chronic health problems, and perform routine and minor emergency care in-office. The practice has made significant improvements with the introduction of a new system, Optum/New West, which allows patients to access more information on Follow My Health, communicate with providers, and schedule appointments. They also offer reminder texts and have a great staff team. The remodeled office at the Thornton location is a notable upgrade. Despite some initial growing pains, Horizon is working to provide better care and service, as testified by patient satisfaction. However, some patients have experienced frustration with phone connectivity issues, including lengthy hold times and dropped calls.

Requested for reminder texts with their new system. It’s a work in progress, but it’s a huge turn around at Horizon now that It switched over to Optum/New West. They have a great staff team and remodeled office at the Thornton office. Getting better care than before. I feel they actually care for our needs. We’re able to go through Optum across the board. The Green valley office closed, but they have another office in Aurora and through out Colorado.
