Heather was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a last-minute, same-day reschedule—something that’s not easy to pull off! Both she and Dr. Swindell showed so much patience and understanding with my 1.6-year-old, even working through a full-blown crying episode. Dr. Swindell and his staff were amazing. Right off the bat I was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist who welcomed me. They were able to help me with my specific insurance situation. The doctor was very knowledgeable, teaching me things about contact care that I didn't know in the 21 years of wearing contacts. I could tell he had my best interest when writing my prescription and the way he taught things showed his passion for what he does. He truly cared. Everything from reception, to the exam (and much worthwhile explanation), to choosing glasses--all of it--was truly excellent! People were helpful, professional, and friendly. No upsell pressure whatsoever. I definitely recommend this provider, and will be back.
