UPDATE: I am updating this review and taking away another star as I am experiencing this delay again this month; I would suggest perhaps a rework of your internal processes or perhaps assign more staff to authorize refills. It should not take a week to get an authorization for a routine medication refill for your pet.
I think this is a great vet and their animal care services are outstanding! I take away a star as their medication refill process has been delayed on multiple occasions in my experience even when I submit a refill request (through an online third party vendor) a week before I run out of medication.
I felt very heard about my concerns and transfer of care from another vet for my cat. I have an elderly cat with health issues and the vet took quite a bit of time to listen to me, explain things to me, and address various facets of her health issues and ongoing care. They also seemed to know more and are more experienced than the previous vet we were with. I appreciate the care and experience!
Great vet. They all make an effort to actually know your pets and are very good at suggesting proactive treatments but no pressure if it’s not something you can afford or want to do. My cats are always very relaxed here and I trust them to their care completely.
