I made an appointment online and received emails confirming that.I arrived at the location. No one was there.The manager told me that she hadn't been there for months! I am not pleased, and I have another level of deception. I believe that it may not be intentional. However, I believe that, if she is able, or someone else, if she is unable or unwilling, should stop the online system.And the phones. The 720 # was always busy.The other one screened for robot calls. When I gave my name as requested, the phone hung up.I believe that I would like to get a response via phone, or an answer to an email question before embarking.I did email, and wife did too.
