I had an excellent experience with appliance Science from start to finish. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out right away. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, provided straightforward recommendations, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs or services.
The customer service was outstanding — responsive, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping. You can tell Darrion and Melinda truly value their customers and take pride in their work. Their knowledge and expertise were obvious, and they answered all my questions with patience and confidence, which gave me complete trust in the process.

These guys are really thorough and very honest. They talked me through my issue over the phone and were clear about the issue and how much it would cost to repair. I eventually just replaced my ice maker and even then they were trying to talk me out of the sale and make sure that I was certain we had identified the correct problem. They got a great price for me on the replacement part and it fixed my problem.
