Had the pleasure of enjoying three sessions while in town for the week. Energizing and soothing in a warm, welcoming environment and good energy. Would love to find this type of studio in my hometown. I’ll be back!

Leona was so kind and her flow was dynamic & juicy. It had just the right balance of strength and deep stretching. Exactly what I needed before a 7 hour drive! The studio was lovely and I just had the best experience.

I dropped in for a mindfulness class with Madison, and it was wonderful. After a few days of hiking around Telluride, this hit the spot. It started with the instructor asking how each of us were feeling. Maybe it was coincidence, but this class addressed exactly what I mentioned was tight in my body. Madison also offered helpful tips to correct my poses. I truly felt supported and welcome even though I practice yoga pretty casually. As a bonus, the windows frame the mountains so beautifully that it was pretty easy to calm my thoughts and be present. I highly recommend, and I’ll certainly stop in again the next time I’m in Telluride.
