I met Cliff in the park in Telluride and he showed me the studio. I took Yvonne's class the next day and loved it. I do a lot of hard labor working on the mountain and this is just what I need a couple of days per week to keep my shoulder and upper back loose and mobile. Very friendly people, great teachers, and beautiful studio. They provide everything you need. This is accessible to everyone and I highly recommend this place and method of yoga.
I have been practicing yoga for over 40 years and never heard of Kaiut yoga before. Yvonne was very kind and helpful. My neck has never felt better! The colors of the studio was another plus. Thank you!
Kaiut yoga is western yoga-so forget downward dogs and warrior poses! This is all about mobility, circulation, and opening up your body. Yvonne and Cliff are fabulous instructors. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. They also offer instruction through zoom.
