I have known Eric for nearly 30 years, and have watched him over his entire real estate career in Telluride and he recently helped me sell my home in the Ski Ranches. Telluride has experienced drastically different markets during that time period. From the dot.com bubble, to the financial crisis to the most recent Covid home buying craze.
