The PCS team was a dream to work with from start to finish. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were great communicators. We had half a dozen puppy pee stains on our carpet. I hired two other cleaning companies who each came out more than once and the stains would come back after a week. Professional Cleaning Specialists spent time to actually get out the stains for good and the house smelled really clean, not gross like with the other companies. I am so pleased. I thought I would have to replaced the carpet but now it's in great shape again. Professional Cleaning Specialists actually charged me less than the other two companies that didn't actually work. Love it!
