We have had to get our windshield repaired on a few different vehicles, one was a semi and they had the glass in stock, which is rare for a smaller town. We appreciated that and come to them for our windshield repairs.

I went in to spend money to have a repair done to my windshield. I was so surprised by the the customer service. The young lady whom I believe is named Cameron was beyond helpful. I did not think my insurance would cover the repair but she was able to navigate the app and input it all and my insurance DID cover it. So thankful for her assistance in going above and beyond to help me and I didn't have any out of pocket cost. The gentleman who repaired my ding that was starting to trail out did such a great job that you don't even notice it anymore. Had a recall on a Ford windshield side covers. A Ford dealer did the recall. Drove home parked for 6 days and the windshield cracks. Took vehicle to Novus Glass in Sterling and they agreed the dealership is the responsible one for cracked windshield. Kent and Judy the owners went above and beyond to help one of their clients. They just saved my caregiver a insurance claim and $500 out of her pocket. Again a big shout out to NOVUS GLASS in Sterling Colorado for going out on a limb for me and my interests.
