Jim Nowak has done my taxes for 20 years. He is kind, warm and friendly, and one of the most personable people I have truly ever even known. Jim used to do my husband and my taxes. We divorced and Jim has continued to do both our taxes, maintaining a relationship with each of us, and having shown true compassion during the process. I read a prior review here, and I was shocked to be reading about the man I know and consider a friend as well. Jim is caring and not “rude” in any way or form.
