It was my first time going here and I had the best experience! Amber is talented and she did an amazing job on my hair I trusted her with the cut and it exceeded my expectations, it looks so gorgeous! She has such a sweet and welcoming personality it was my first time meeting her, but I felt like I have been seeing her for years. She is really amazing and so talented, you can completely trust her to find the hairstyle which will look best on you. Thank you so much Amber! Love my haircut so much!
Amber at Waterside is the best. She’s done everything for me from full foils and haircuts to taking me darker, and she always nails it.
I trust her completely with my hair, especially blonde. I recently wanted to go significantly lighter, and Amber got me there in one appointment when I honestly think most stylists would have needed 2 or 3 sessions. She knows exactly what’s realistic, what will look best, and how to get great results without frying your hair.
She’s also just fun to be around. Sharp, funny, and incredibly good at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough.
Edit: I’m updating my review because the management team truly cares about making sure guests have a great experience. I’ve visited this spa many times with my godmother, on my own, and with friends, and the salt room has always been incredibly relaxing and restorative.
After a disappointing visit, the staff took the time to listen, respond thoughtfully, and make things right. Their professionalism and commitment to customer care really stood out, and I appreciate the effort they made to ensure my next visit will be the best possible experience.
