Servicemaster Steamboat is amazing. My first impression on the phone was with Stacey and she was very helpful and sweet in answering questions regarding my water loss and the process. The operations manager, Wade, was just as amazing in keeping me informed throughout the entire process as well as calling me and coming by each day until the job was completed. Chai and the crew were GREAT! They were so mindful of my home and belongings and were always on time. I can't say enough about Servicemaster Steamboat. What a great crew! They are fast and efficient!! Five stars!

ServiceMaster in Steamboat Springs is absolutely FANTASTIC! From our very first conversation with Wade during an emergency evening phone call, they went above and beyond to remedy our water damage during this very stressful flooding crisis! Wade and the team did exactly what was needed to begin and complete the restoration services, when I didn't even know where or how to start. They began immediately to mitigate against any mold, and took care of all of the Restoration details!! They also facilitated a drywall team coming into the house, as well as flooring experts to install gorgeous new flooring. Service master was excellent, timely, professional when I called for flood mitigation services. Wade was extremely helpful, fair and efficient in making sure he could do all he could in drying out my home. He continued to be a resource for additional services and connections across the county and would check in regularly on my home. I highly recommend Service Master and am beyond impressed with their services.
