I did the one week out here membership, and I came every day I could because I absolutely loved it! The environment in so calming and you also get a great workout in! I had Kelsey as an instructor a few times and I highly recommend!
Total recovery is a different experience every week and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Linda shares from her personal experience and has such a calm soothing voice. This week was half meditation half yoga practice for me. I left with a hug from Linda feeling serene and more limber in my hamstrings and lower back. -Looking forward to next Wednesday!
Alex created a supportive and compassionate space in Slow Flow Jams with a creative flow that both grounded us and challenged us. I felt safe to modify shapes to fit my body. Alex's voice is so calming.
