We hired Spartan Construction LLC to replace a cross beam that our floor joists connected to, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeff and his crew were incredibly fast and professional throughout the entire job. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site extremely clean.
The structural work was handled with real skill and care — swapping out a load-bearing cross beam under an elevated deck is no small task, and Jeff’s team executed it cleanly without any issues to the surrounding framing or finishes. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in getting the details right.
Communication was clear and easy throughout the project, and they finished the job quickly without cutting any corners on quality.
