I had a great experience with Checkmate Property Services from start to finish. They were incredibly thorough and detailed throughout the entire project, from the initial proposal for our fence installation through the installation itself. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with excellent quality.

I’m very happy with how the fence turned out. It gives me the protection and peace of mind I wanted for my dogs while still looking beautiful and blending naturally with the surroundings. I would highly recommend Checkmate Property Services!

I use Checkmate services for many of our projects. They are always responsive and professional. This last project, however, warrants more than mere mention. I was tasked with repairing a deck that had been deemed condemned and not safe for use. I received notification of such on a Friday. The owners and their guests were arriving the following Wednesday. They had their trip scheduled a year in advance. There was no way a project of this nature could be accomplished in such a short period of time. Or so I thought. Checkmate, myself and the structural engineer met on-site Monday. The engineer and Checkmate agreed on a plan that would satisfy the weight load requirements.… read full review
