“Stacey is a fantastic broker who represented us on both the buy and the sell side. She has represented us with integrity, professionalism, and kept our best interests in mind. She helped us achieve both our buy and sell goals within 50 days total. Remarkable. Stacey stands by her clients, helps them see the bigger picture, and walks you through any detail or question whenever you need it. We highly recommend Stacey.”
“My wife and I met Sally 10 years ago when we were looking for a home in Colorado. She was diligent, worked hard to find a home for us. We visited a number of homes with Sally while visiting Colorado. Unfortunately my wife and I upon returning back to Florida we found a home that we bought through another brokers listing. We listed the home the summer of 2023 with a broker that was a neighbor of ours. For various reasons we decided to take our home off the market. The following summer we spoke with another broker that we did not want to list with. My wife and decided to call Sally knowing how hard she worked to find a home for us 10 years ago. Sally listed our home, was at all the showings, she was responsible and took good care off our home. We had our closing earlier this month with out any issues.
Thank you Sally”
“Hi, my name is Joe Enzer, and I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 30 years. When I decided to purchase a new home, I knew selecting the right realtor could make a huge difference. Being in the building and land development business I know hundreds of realtors in the area, but the choice was easy. Richard Berkshire is a fantastic realtor! He was very intent on helping me find the right home for me and my family. Taking time to understand our wants, needs and desires. He kept me very well informed on all the market activity, sending me all new listing on the day they came to market. He also was constantly working on coming to market listing. Richard was very patient in looking at a large number of listings, always taking my input to adjust the search. Richard really cares about his client and has become a good friend. I would give Richard my highest recommendation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Colorado.”
