Was very disappointed with your agent, Jackie Carr in our 30 day rental in Aspen. We never saw her. She should have greeted us on arrival, and checked the unit when we left. We were way overcharged for cleaning/damage on March 2nd. There was no damage and we expect a refund-William D Stratton

We were looking for an investment property- a fix and flip - in the mid-valley and we ended up purchasing a townhome right at beginning of 2013 in Basalt's Elk Run neighborhood. Erik hammered them on price and we got it for $290k (today similar units in need of updating are going for close to $400k in early 2015). We couldn't be happier with our investment and returns. Erik was great to work with and negotiated everything masterfully.
