Eye Pieces - Snowmass provides outstanding customer service and expert repairs, often free of charge. The staff is amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional without pressure. They offer a perfect product selection for activities like biking and can handle emergency fixes. The store has an outstanding selection of glasses and is a great asset to the Village. Customers report great experiences and express they will absolutely return for future purchases.
Matt was amazing. I love to ride my bike in Colorado but my eyes get very dry and the wind makes the bike ride uncomfortable. Matt had the perfect product for me to wear when I am biking. Great experience. Very professional.
I live in the area and will only buy goggles or sunglasses from Eyepieces. They always have the most incredible selection of designers, and attentive/knowledgeable staff that don’t just want to see you out the door like many other places here. They adhere to covid protocols and make sure all their eyewear gets cleaned between customers- but that never deters them from encouraging you to try all the pairs until you find the ones that work for you. Highly recommended!
Absolutely phenomenal service! Dani and her team spent so much time with us, and were honest about what worked for our needs and what didn’t, even if it meant a less expensive sale for the store.
