Eye Pieces - Snowmass provides outstanding customer service and expert repairs, often free of charge. The staff is amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional without pressure. They offer a perfect product selection for activities like biking and can handle emergency fixes. The store has an outstanding selection of glasses and is a great asset to the Village. Customers report great experiences and express they will absolutely return for future purchases.
I broke my prescription progressive eye/sunglasses while in Snowmass. We walked into the store to see if they could be repaired. There were actually two different sized screws that needed to be replaced. They were readily able to replace one but needed to work on the other. I left the glasses with them and was able to pick up 24 hours later perfectly repaired. One of the lenses got chipped when I initially broke them and they even buffed out the edge to fix it! When I picked up my glasses they insisted there was no charge. Wow! You never see that this day and age. I highly recommend you check out their amazing selection of glasses when you’re in Snowmass Village.
My experience Was elegant I was treated like a millionaire they fixed my glasses on the house and we had an intellectual conversation to the finest of degrees. And Matt also had an exquisite review.
Walked in late after closing not realizing they were closed as another couple was in, received nothing but the best service even then!
