We woke up to 52 dEgrees in our home when it was -10 and knew something was amiss. Called KELLY Vowel and even though he was swamped, due to the weather, he came by within the hour, fixed our problem and gave us a quick clinic on the care and feeding of our system. He was professional, courteous and up front about what he did. We will continue to use him and highly recommend his services.

I called Mr. Kelly Vowel as my Hydronic floor heating system seemed to not be working correctly. He looked at the system, and discovered a couple problems including wires that were not connected, and valves that would not even open. Not only did he repair it, loaded it with glycol (especially important as the garage is heated and has a potential to freeze without it), but he helped me completely understand the system. Having forced air my whole life I was pretty ignorant of floor heating, and Kelly answered my vast numbers of questions on how the system worked and how to keep it efficient.
