PSI and Paul bring service to a whole new level. I was so thankful that Paul could come out within a few hours. I have a complicated radiant floor heating system, but Paul is so experienced and knowledgeable, he figured it out quickly and got it running again with outstanding recommendations for follow up to keep it running well. Paul is a trustworthy super experienced professional. He explained things in terms I could understand and his rates are the most reasonable I've had in Summit County for such work. I trust Paul and PSi is a good company. Hayley was very pleasant and helpful in scheduling.

Zach is a great technician. He was here to provide an annual inspection of our boiler system and plumbing throughout the house. We’ve got about $3,000 in recommended repairs/replacements. Guess it’s better done now that once the system goes down. PSI is not the cheapest in town by any stretch, but they train their professionals well and provide a good service. I’m not a fan of Private Equity ownership of service providers like plumbers, electricians, and even dental and veterinary practices. I prefer family or employee owned organizations. We’ll see how Private Equity ownership affect PSI.
