The experience I had with Backbone Mechanical was not a very good one. After finding out that the owners employee had installed out HVAC system without the owner knowing, we asked for a sinole inspection of the system to make sure it had been done right, and Anthony left us in the wind, after telling us he would help, he ghosted us and stopped returning calls and emails. I have no trust in his ethics and don't belive he would stand behind his work as evident in my specific situation, could be just a one off, maybe he treats other people better, all I have to go off is my personal interaction with him and how our family was taken advantage of.
