“I'm not one to make reviews on here but I read a couple of bad reviews from black rhino before hiring them and was hesitant to hire them at first. We were looking for a qualified contractor and found black rhino. Austin contacted us and scheduled an appointment to come look at our bathroom we wanted to remodel. I was pleasantly surprised with how much he knew about remodeling and knew about the small details that we didn't even think about. We got other bids from other contractors but decided to go with black rhino. The bid is a bit higher than we would have liked but the work he's doing is coming along. We have been getting weekly updates, if not daily with what steps are going on in our bathroom remodel. The cover turned out perfect and we spend much more time on our patio now that it is covered. The basement is to the drywall stage and we are very pleased with it so far.
