“Con-tek and Austin did a fantastic job on our garage floor. We had water issues from the floor not being done correctly the first time and we were looking at having to completely remove and re-pour the floor at great expense. I gave Austin a call and he said he thought he could take care of the problem. He did all the measurements, reshaped the floor and then refinished it and its like a new floor. Drainage problem solved. Dirt, snow, water all go out the drains as intended. Austin was on time, on budget and just a good guy to work with on our job. Reliable, communicated with us and was clear about what he could and would do and delivered. 5/5, highly recommend.“

After years of having the bad window looked at and “fixed” by multiple contractors, Max immediately identified the issue with the old window, and determined that the window needed to be replaced. “I'm not one to make reviews on here but I read a couple of bad reviews from black rhino before hiring them and was hesitant to hire them at first. We were looking for a qualified contractor and found black rhino. Austin contacted us and scheduled an appointment to come look at our bathroom we wanted to remodel. I was pleasantly surprised with how much he knew about remodeling and knew about the small details that we didn't even think about. We got other bids from other contractors but decided to go with black rhino. The bid is a bit higher than we would have liked but the work he's doing is coming along. We have been getting weekly updates, if not daily with what steps are going on in our bathroom remodel. It's a huge bathroom remodel so we knew it would take some time.Currently, our bathroom is still being remodeled but we are excited as to how it's going to look since the work so far is pretty impressive. So far, so good. If you're hesitant on hiring brc, go for it. you'll be happy you did.“

“I had a major disaster under my sink when my garbage disposal failed and the pipes backed up and flooded water with gross old food all over the kitchen as I tried to fix it myself with a plunger ruining my Football Sunday. I texted Don and as per usual he texted right back and we had him come out. He snaked down 25 feet to fix the clog and replaced the part with a brand new garbage disposal from Home Depot in 2.5 hours. He is a great guy and very friendly and always has been quick to respond with a reasonable price for repairs for the last 3 years that he has been my handyman.“
