I have never had a septic system before so when our cabin started getting weird septic smells, I was worried. I called Brandts and they patiently explained why it was happening, what to do, how to prevent it in the future, and reassured us that everything was ok. I asked if we needed it pumped yet and he said we could wait another couple years. I really couldn't be more impressed. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
