My experience so far is incredible. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. I've heard horror stories about the VA, but I've experienced nothing but professionalism and prompt responses. This is far better care than you get from Marketplace insurance, if you're eligible.

Was trying to get an appointment through the VA phone line and said I had a 35 minute wait to schedule an appointment. I walked into the clinic and had one scheduled for the next week in a few minutes.

I have always found this clinic to be caring and professional. Scheduled appointments have never been a problem and I am delighted that there is now a doctor on site. This little clinic has served me in many ways and saves me a long drive to the VA hospital.
