Dave is the best! We’ve been bringing him our phones for years and issues are always properly resolved super-fast. There’s even been times when he did last minute repairs on a Sunday which saved me, as I need my phone for work and work on weekdays. I was happy to find he also works on keyboards (musical). I brought my keyboard in the day after reaching out to him and all was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
Great customer service - very thorough in his explanation of what was potentially happening with my phone. I completed a soft reset based on his recommendation and my phone ended up functioning but would have gone to this guy if that didn't end up working.
I thought my iPhone needed a battery replacement. I called Dave at Salida Phone Repair to ask about a replacement. Instead of just selling me a battery, he talked me thru the settings on my phone to show that it wasn’t the battery failing. Dave may have lost a battery sale, but now he gets another long term customer.
