We were traveling and camping and one of our three dogs developed vomiting, loose stools that progressed to bloody stools and was not eating and unable to keep water down. The staff was so helpful and friendly and Dr. Ryff and team were kind enough to fit us in. When Dr. told me he would treat him and he should be better soon, I almost cried. I was sleep deprived with him being up all night sick and fearful for our little guy as we had no idea what might have caused this. My elderly kitty was ready to cross her rainbow bridge this past September and thanks to the kind and caring people Dr Riff at mountain shadows animal care made it possible for her to make that journey from home surrounded by the rest of our family
Dr Riff was so very special in how he did EVERYTHING
He truly made a huge difference in our lives and how this incredibly difficult day was to be
He even took our beloved kitty back to the office and did her cremation and returned her home a few weeks later
This was also a blessing as I live in Westcliffe and the office is in Salida area- so this saved me the trip during a difficult time for sure

Best vet in central Colorado. I've trusted Kitt Ryff with all of my pets through all thy crazy things that German Shepherds do. Mountain Shadows keeps my dogs happy and healthy.
