I went in for a basic skin checkup per my doctor and was a little nervous but Dr. Chung and her assistant Rosa were kind, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology!
When booking an appointment we had to wait less than a week to get in which put us at ease. Then we drove over an hour to our appointment and hit construction and several delays along the way, making us about 15 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know, and they were incredibly kind and appreciative of the heads-up — they told us not to worry and just to drive safely.
Dr. Chung was warm, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way we could easily understand, and also helped us create a solid plan moving forward. We felt supported and cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend!
