He was so helpful! He walked me through a diagnosis of my problem, and made sure I was able to solve it. Even loaned me a crucial adapter so I could get it done. I will definitely contact Computer Gearheads with my computing issues again! I liked how he was able to clearly explain stuff to a non-computer-literate person without making me feel like an idiot.

William helped me out of a tough jam! No one in a 2 hour radius had what i needed and he went over and above to get me the parts i needed in less than 1/2 a day! 10/10 would recommend!

This company has been an absolute delight! They have been every helpful with all of the problems I have faced with my computers and iPhone. Along with being very knowledgeable and actually able to fix your problems, they are also very patient and are willing to answer any questions you may have about your computer; why it is acting up, what is causing it, and so on, and so forth.
