Eric did a great job found the problem very quickly and resolved it. it was a loose wire behind the control panel. It wasn't properly tightened and he wrote it up as warranty as it should be. i also reminded him about the door window grids who i ordered multiple weeks ago that the sun has broken. Eric said he would look into it.thank you Eric
