Rick was fantastic. He made sure that our inspection was completed on time (even though I scheduled it on short notice). We also received a very thorough inspection that included a table of contents for easy reviewing, color-coordinated content from most to least concerning, pictures/videos, and diagrams for easy understanding. In addition, the cost was beyond reasonable for the amount of information that we received regarding our first home purchase. We wouldn't recommend anybody else!
