“JLP Roofing did more than an amazing job replacing our roof. They replaced a shingle roof with a new metal roof on our large home with very steep roof inclines, corrected underlying issues with the roof and the roof looks fantastic and is functioning as it should. They also completely replaced gutters on the house and garage, replaced incorrect and incomplete insulation in the attic space with the appropriate and new R rating and covered all necessary areas that were missing insulation. They added more roof venting that was not done correctly when house was built, vented bathroom fans out to the roof which were again originally done incorrectly by being left laying down inside the attic. They corrected a multi-roof angle flaw done when house was originally built which corrected a drainage and moisture problem. They removed water damaged and rotting exterior wall framing that was done incorrectly with untreated wood and replaced with treated wood, replaced and painted drywall affected by the water damage. They replaced missing stone fascia to exterior of house, and they corrected a window well that was never attached to the house that was sinking and buckling, again not originally done correctly. They replaced water damaged wood framing around the basement window and corrected the issue that initially caused the problem.
