PSM Pacific Sheet Metal in Carbondale, Colorado is FANTASTIC! My furnace was having problems firing up some mornings, but other mornings it was fine. I called PSM, was connected with Breanna in the service department. She was very nice and got a technician scheduled to come look at it. The service technician Jim called ahead of his arrival and was always on time. He quickly diagnosed the intermittent problem, had a part ordered right away, and they scheduled a follow up appointment to complete the repair just a couple days later. PSM's service department has great responsiveness, technical ability, communication and professionalism. Don't call anywhere else!
