We live in Marble where our snow load is pretty....severe. To help shed the snow off our roof without ice dams building up they installed heat tape for us along the edge of our roof. The last couple years we've had above average snowfall and the tape has done it's job, but through no fault of Pacific the sheer weight of the snow keeps peeling the tape off the roof in late winter/early spring when the snow is heavy and wet. Every time I've needed them for service (to re-attach the tape) they've been incredibly responsive and professional, and their warranty has covered all work so far. Giving them 5 stars for providing excellent customer service- a rarity these days!!

I had Pacific Sheet Metal design new gutters for my house to replace an aging system that was causing water to leak in. They designed a good solution, and also identified a couple of maintenance issues with our membrane roof, which they were able to fix. The work was done quickly (although it took me a month or so to get on the calendar) and well.

PSM has always been courteous and professional. If any problems have arisen they listen and work with me to address the issues and come to a agreement that works for all.I have found PSM an excellent choice for gutters, heat tapes and annual maintenance. They are my “go-to”!
