“We live in Marble where our snow load is pretty....severe. To help shed the snow off our roof without ice dams building up they installed heat tape for us along the edge of our roof. The last couple years we've had above average snowfall and the tape has done it's job, but through no fault of Pacific the sheer weight of the snow keeps peeling the tape off the roof in late winter/early spring when the snow is heavy and wet. Every time I've needed them for service (to re-attach the tape) they've been incredibly responsive and professional, and their warranty has covered all work so far. Giving them 5 stars for providing excellent customer service- a rarity these days!!“

“Michel, Eric, and Justin were terrific! We had a settling issue with two sides and a corner of our foundation. It was almost impossible to find a local contractor so we searched for outside our area for one and found Aspen Foundation Repairs. Michel traveled to Bayfield, inspected the issue, gave us a quote for twelve helical piers and put us in his schedule. There was a delay of several weeks from the original schedule, but when they came Eric and Justin were absolutely on top of the job, doing careful, professional work, and minimizing collateral damage. I would hire Michel and his crew again without reservation.“
