Called to verify if previous work was done at our home and get new work done and was greeted with terrible attitude and granted no help. Seems they don't want to work or help.

He was fast at responding. He got started right away. He was there when he said he would be and worked until it was done. He honored his quote. At the end of the project he needed an electrician to help but had a hard time getting one to come over with him. He called everyday to keep us updated and still had the whole job done in a week even with the delays.

Very Disappointed. I accepted the job after a verbal quote. He showed up, completed the work THEN told me it would be 25% higher, because he had to use local parts. He left a mess in the mechanical room and only took cash or check. The job is done, but i will not be using them again.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I have used Bain Brothers for several projects. I have always found Phil to be honest and competent. He works like he cares about the job and you.

Employee showed up twenty minutes late and did a sloppy patch job on a pipe in our kitchen sink. He left the work space dirty and didn't even smooth out the sealing compound. It was all gunky in our sink drain and pieces of it are still coming off a week later. The WORST part was that he billed us a $50 trip charge to drive from Rifle to Silt! We have had this same plumber in our home on three different occasions prior to this and we were never charged a trip charge. Not only this, but he charged me for a full hour, after showing up late and leaving a mess in our kitchen.
