We went through Raven Realty to rent a home in Rangely. Our property manager Karen, was easy to work with and very accommodating. We did have a bit of a hiccup with our hot water heater and the property owners, but Karen stood by our side and was a huge advocate for us! She didn’t treat us like another monthly check, but as people she was providing a home for. She was caring, patient and supportive. Thank you Karen for being more than just a land lord!
These folks go above and beyond as a norm. I've had more than my share of shady landlords. They're professional - which means promises are kept reasonably and there are no grey areas. I highly recommend them~!
Ashley met up with me after hours, on a Friday just to show me a studio. She knew I was traveling and a few hiccups made me miss my appointment.So far everything has been a smooth transition. Able to pay rent online. Straightforward people who worked hard to get me approved. Reasonable rates and more rental options than I expected.One more update: HONEST company. I actually got my deposit back.
