I don’t usually do reviews but this one felt needed. My dog doesn’t usually have to go to the vet aside of regular checkups since she was a puppy. Recently I believe she got some kind ear infection and when I called for an appointment, Ariel answered the phone and has been the upmost help since. I’ve called at least everyday to try to get in sooner and she’s been super reassuring and helpful answering all my questions and even gave me a call to update me on availability. She has the most appreciation from me n definitely deserves some kind of raise! Makes me feel more comfortable about taking my dog here.

Excellent animal care. The entire staff is very helpful during regular vet visits and our dogs do great with them. During a recent tragic visit, they were especially kind and went above and beyond expectations to help us. We will continue to use Veterinary Hospital Associates.

really kind and caring staff make an effort, I'm always very nervous trusting my cat with a new vet but they took good care of her, addressed my concerns. I took my cat for a yearly visit then a teeth cleaning and they also told me what I can do to keep her healthy better than vets I've had before. they're also very clear with pricing expectations, very communicative, and cautious with sharing my information which I really appreciate, truly above and beyond. only complaint is I would love a cat and dog seperation in the lobby - its hard when sometimes dog people dont always understand cats need more space, and i hate having to put her through extra stress of being sniffed...read full review
