One example of their exceptional service is when a grandmother and her 9-year-old granddaughter, Kinsley, came in for a scheduled appointment at another salon for purple tints in Kinsley's hair. However, they had to wait for an hour and eventually gave up hope. Fortunately, they found Union Hair Studio open and were able to get Kinsley's hair done by Alex. Despite Alex's busy schedule, she was able to fit Kinsley in and did a fantastic job, making Kinsley feel like a princess. Another customer, Jaymie, was praised for her great job and for listening to what the customer wants. They appreciated that there were no hard sales or overpricing. Additionally, a customer's husband and son had a great experience with Lori for a "back to school" haircut. Lori was praised for her excellent job on thinning out the son's very thick and long hair while keeping the length and getting rid of dead ends. I had a wonderful experience with Nicole. I came in with a grown out A-line cut and needed to trim it up and reshape it a bit. I booked a haircut appointment with Nicole. There was no wait at all. I was right on time and she was ready as soon as I got there. I explained that I’m trying to grow my hair longer, so I wanted to keep the A-line shape but let it be a little less drastic so it looks good as it is growing out. I wanted some fine curtain bangs (not super full ones) but just enough so a little hair falls out when I put my hair back. She did an exquisite job. We promised our 9-year-old granddaughter purple tints in her hair as a Christmas present. On the much-anticipated big day, she she traveled here from Castle Rock for the appt that we had set up at another salon. After waiting an hour for the original stylist and getting no response to communications we sent her, we gave up hope for it happening that day. Needless to say, Kinsley was heartbroken! Taking a chance, we looked for other local salons and were fortunate to find Union Hair open, hoping that someone would have time that day or could point us to another salon who might. Great place to get your hair done. Very relaxing and friendly. Jaymie does a great job and listens to what you want. They also don't take advantage of you with pricing or have hard pressure upsales.Price: $120
