I want to compliment Victoria Castillo the stylist at Ulta in Pueblo, CO I went in for a haircut and Color I decided on Highlights she did an amazing job. She is a sweetheart, and I loved her service and would recommend.

When I walked in I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Basil. Immediately by the tone of her voice, I noted genuine sincerity, which led me to choose her to approach with my questions. I was looking for a skin product for extra sensitive skin, and she mentioned that she also had sensitive skin. We briefly connected in our struggles and she gave me some personalized recommendations. I ended up buying one of the products she recommended, and I really noticed an improvement in my skin. Very sweet person who genuinely gives all her attention. I hope she’s there the next time I’m in need of another recommendation.

I just had my hair colored and cut and may I say I am in love. I am very picky about my hair and stylist much less to be colored a big change for me but I decided to try it and may I say Victoria C who is like my new best friend after today truly went above and beyond. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind not expecting to get the color as perfect as she did. Not only does my hair color look exactly like the picture but when I say this girl went above and beyond to get it the way I wanted, I am not kidding.
