I keep trying to come here because ei see some really good reviews but every time I try to come it's never done due to staffing issues or sokenholiday coming up or whatever and it sso annoying, I'm not from here and don't really know places that are good to go to but clearly this one is never open it seems

Honestly was not expecting the experience I received. I saw several reviews that really make this place sound terrible to visit. But after a twelve hour shift and 30min drive back home to Pueblo and they were the only facility open I went I needed to be seen by a physician and not an emergency room. And the staff was great! Fast efficient and the process went smooth. I was in/out in 30 minutes. My prescription was called in to a nearby pharmacy and filled within an hour of my visit. Thank you to the crew that covered this closing shift. Rockstars!!!!

Really unpleasant experience. Staff was way more interested in $$ and insurance than patient care. Receptionist claimed they could not honor Tricare for Life or Medicare because we were from the East region. Their phone message indicated they could do both. (The notion that we are not covered is patently untrue... we have traveled extensively for many years all over our country experiencing no issues with health care). Bottom line: because of either provider ignorance or willful incompetence, we were unable to receive patient- centered care. We would never try this place again.
