The front desk woman here is the SOLE reason they are getting a bad rating. She was rude when she called to confirm an appt that took a month to schedule apparently, then when i got there, she tried to shame us by announcing loudly the cost of the service (assuming we didn't have insurance) & then once she did learn we had insurance, she got noticeably irritated & tells us she has to process the insurance and she'd "call us to reschedule". Well that was 3 weeks ago so i guess that calls never coming and I'm so thankful it's not.Terrible terrible customer service
