Two weeks ago, I had a nail tech insist on replacing my set instead of just doing a rebase. Then today, I went to May Nails and again was told that my set was too old and HAD to be replaced. I said no thank you, please do not pull my nails off, these are only two weeks old. I assured them I would not get upset or come complain if a nail falls off later. They WOULD NOT STOP pushing on my nails and trying to pop my set off. I ended up leaving with just one hand filed off. Went across the street to Lady Nails where they agreed that I did not need a new set and finished my rebase with no problem.
Asked for hot water, it wasn’t even warm water. Asked several time for it to be hotter. Then the lady nicked my toe as she was taking the old polish off. Was not happy with the service today.
Ms Michelle was absolutely amazing!!!! She is creative and precise! I’ve found my new regular nail salon! As for price, they are probably the cheapest in town!!!! Do yourself a favor and check them out!
