I’m only writing this to inform the public that the negative reviews are disgruntled employees who make statements to hurt the company. I would read positive reviews first. I don’t even know this company but they probably provide excellent services.

I worked with Independent Hearts for two months. After reading the terrible reviews it brakes my heart. Also I am glad there are good reviews. This company does care a lot about their clients and they care about their employees and really want their employees and clients safe and taken care of.This organization only offers basic services, NOT CNA certification services, which does limit the care takers abilities to help even more than they can for families.The company does have a high turn over rate because the pay wage is awful. We went with Ind Hrts a few years ago, and then private caregivers entered our lives and I suspended Ind Hrts. I was always pleased with their staff and the treatment I and my husband received. The caregivers were good, some a better fit than others which is to be expected. One of their caregivers who seemed great on the outside, stole a few things from us. That made me so sad. But I went to the office of Ind Hrts, explained what happened, and they made things right. I was impressed. I know they do extensive background checks on their caregivers, and while those may return clean, they can't predict what is in someone's heart.
